We have been associated with KEN Montessori close to 4 years. Our daughter, Agnes, was a student at KEN Montessori and graduated this March.
We are happy to see how the Montessori moulded Agnes. From a soft spoken, shy girl she turned to a confident girl in four years.
When we enrolled Agnes to the Montessori, we were not sure how it will turn out as we ourselves were new to this. Now we can say with confidence that we took the right decision.

My Son started at Ken Montessori School at age 3. We are beyond pleased with the academic work and the wonderful relationships the teachers have with their students. Classes are grouped in 3 year cycles, so my son have the same teacher for 3 years. Academically, my son is doing wonderful and above his peers. My son started building habit of reading at the very early stage and interested to get more books to read that encouraged us to enrol in our local library which is great sign.
The teachers undergo a rigorous training program that is evident in the classroom. They follow Montessori method strictly. Each classroom is a community of students who are expected to respect and teach each other. The older children in the classes have responsibilities to teach and assist their younger classmates. They are creating leaders at Ken. And my son love Ken a lot.

Shortlisting school was a difficult task for all parents when they first time send their kids to the school as various schools promise to cater the best education. I was not convinced the Montessori's pattern when I visited first time to Ken Montessori school. After doing a lot of research, I came to know the advantage of Montessori's pattern because a system of education for young children that seeks to develop natural interests and activities rather than use formal teaching methods.
Let me begin with the teacher first as teacher plays an important role in student's life. I am thankful to Prametha Mam, my daughter for all her efforts and constant support. The way she welcomes my child in the morning with a beautiful smile and small talk gives me an assurance that my child is in safe hands.
And I must say it is one of the best Montessori schools Located on Off Haralur Road, HSR extension. School follows Montessori method. It has a unique approach to teaching and giving kids a holistic development. They give equal emphasis on curriculum and extra-curriculum activities. One thing which motivated me to choose Ken Montessori and Day care is the approach they implied in teaching. Apart from classroom studies they also give exposure to the world through their outbound and field trip.
From Montessori 1 itself school has all activity and activities like 'show & tell' provides good learning.
I can proudly say that I took the right decision for my daughter and she is completing her Mont 3 in this year happily and safely.
As a parent, I am totally satisfied with the curriculum, infrastructure and the environment.

We were totally new to Montessori system. But looking at ambiance of the school and passion of Pramitha ma'am we were sure that our child will get the strong foundation of education as well as how to be a good human in the society.
Pramitha ma'am and Jayanthi maam and entire team of Ken works towards every child's overall development. Really appreciate their dedication and hard work.
Our son joined in 2018 June to Mont 1 at the age of 2.7 years. Since then we did not face any difficulty either in moulding him or in academics. After 3 years now 2021 finishing Mont 3.
And I should mention these things for sure.
1. Our son is social person (can mingle with any known people in family or friends very easily)
2. He is very independent (eating, arranging his study table, folding his clothes and keeping in right place, keeping any things back in place after using)
3. He is helping hand ( helps in cooking, helps in gardening, helps in households)
4. He is interested to learn unknown aspects (keen to learn new things)
5. Understands difference between academic time and play time
6. He gives inputs about what happened in school and what he understood where he is finding difficult and all.
Coming to academics
1. They teach based on child's interest and the child's capacity to understand the concepts.
2. They don't pressurise child
3. They don't compare
4. They do not punish
5. Teaching with love and patience is their motto
6. They understand very basic concept that each child is different, each child's IQ level is different, each child has some or other special aspects in him or her.
Like this list goes on.... These things happened to our son only because he got super passionate mentors like Pramitha maam and Jayanthi maam.
Ken was second home for him. Ken Montessori is perfect place with Very cool, healthy, friendly environment which gives a child to raise as a perfect citizen, perfect human.

Ken Montessori is house of children, rather I would say it's the home of children. My daughter had never addressed her teachers as "MADAM, instead she would address them as "Aunty" which is one to prove it's the home of children. I didn't research too much about schools when I wanted place my DD in pre-school. I thought to continue with the school for 3 months and to change the school later. But those 3 months changed my opinion and I got to know about the school better.
I am kind of person who thinks kid's character and social behaviour is primary and the curriculum is always the lowest priority. The current generation kids are so intelligent to pick up things n move on. But teaching good habits, turning them as good human being is what a must for the new age of world which we can't evaluate by any test/CGPA, etc. Now I feel that I have placed my kid in the apt place to bring up both. With this being the reason, I have changed my decision to switch the school n continuing with Ken.
I wish Ken starts classes from 1st standard onwards before I move my kid out after nursery as I love the way they mould children day by day.
Once happened to visit the school for no smoke cooking. Kids were so excited seeing their moms preparing a lot of varieties. Kids were so excited and we know what happens when they are excited !! ☺. Prameetha being the host of the session just said "Kids I'm hurt, kindly stay quiet". All most all the kids listened to her, turned silent and started behaving good. No harsh words/threatening, just simple love turned them to obey her. Impressive isn't.
Regarding teaching, My daughter is just 3.5yrs old and can speak large sentences without grammatical errors. Ken Montessori kids have own interest to draw and write and especially to question(we have some 4+kids from same apartment going there, it's much visible that they all question too much on everything and act smart too). We see in most schools where lot of homework are given to kids which the parents end up doing it. If a kid can do that piece of work, it exhibits his talent, not the parents creativity to win here and again a must in current world.
Ken is not money minded, instead on many occasions my daughter end up bringing home a lot of gifts (books, plants, art work, etc.). The love that, Prameetha and Jayanthi have for kids is amazing. They understand each and every kid, as every kid is different and pay special attention to each kid. Let me stop here. Wish your service continue a long way Prameetha !!!!!. Needless to say the effort of Pushpa akka n Padma akka. When a kid steps out of the door they know what the kid is about to do, how to handle(Ex, closing the gate(which a parent forgot to close) and also to watch the entire floor. Likewise so much to appreciate them. Kudos to u guys. (y)
I'm very much happy with the Education & Support provided to my kid by them. Pramitha madam is so passionate about providing the Education to Kids and True to the Principles of Montessori Education.
I wish, she start the other higher classes as well in their School to continue and spread the Montessori Education.
It is very rare to see such Teachers/Educationalists these days.
There are many schools in the name of montessori & it's education policies but, they do not teach or mix up with the State syllabus. Ken Montessori is the one among very few True Montessori Schools which is following the principles of Montessori Education.
One of the best Montessori schools around this area.. Pramitha is so passionate and takes personal care of each and every child.My daughter joined when she was 2.3 years and now she is coming out at 6 years with lot of learnings and good ethics which were taught at the school.
One of the best Montessori schools in and around Haralur/Somasundarapalaya locality with homely atmosphere.Kids starting their schooling will feel this another home. They give equal importance to the academics and basic manners and etiquette which I feel is more important for the kids of this generation. Under the careful observation and expert guidance of Ms. Prameetha and her able associates young kids like my daughter take great pleasure in cutting their teeth. Ken Montessori is simply brilliant and I have been consistently impressed by the professionalism, teaching standards and quality of the education provided by them. They give us so much confidence that our kids are safe, happy and stimulated when we leave them at the montessori . Our daughter has been nurtured beautifully and is so happy. She has also learnt a huge amount and gained huge amounts of confidence - nothing could have prepared her for school better.
An awesome place for toddlers. kids are thought with so much of interest, a lovely place for these young buds to spend their time with their buddies.

Ken Montessori is really outstanding.All the staffs are lovely and friendly and you are always made to feel welcome. You feel relaxed and at ease leaving your child at Ken Montessori as it has a very homely atmosphere.The activities provided are wide-ranging, very well thought out and educational through excellent play resources/materials and apparatus.They have done so many interesting things, and each child is treated very much as an individual. As a parent of Twin daughters, we couldnt have found a better school than Ken montessari for the start, with the matter of the fact that, we never wanted both to be lost in the scuffle and stress of learning in conventional school systems.

My kid never say No to school ,all credits goes to faculty and environment they created there.
They teach Alphabets via phonic sounds. So, it's easier for kids to spell any new word.
I was shocked, when 4yr kid able to do subtractions on 4digit numbers and speaking abt continents and brain functions.
My baby picked up very well.
My child has been in Ken since he was 2.2 years old, now he is 6 years, I must day these 4 years have been amazingly awesome, there's certainly great difference in the children studying in ken compared to those in other schools, the methodology and introduction to concepts is innovative ,making the child get the concepts crystal clear and stored in their minds long term, its just not the studies that I like in ken, it's the overall development of child's mental and physical personality that I am impressed with, the discipline they teach and most importantly they don't approach the child as a superior or do not pose that teacher attitude, instead they go down to the child's level and make them understand with lots and lots of patience and friendly attitude. The child is open to express his thoughts and Pramitha aunty, (thats how the children address their teachers ) is someone very special to my child and he respects her and obeys to everything she says not out of fear but out of love and affection.. what more can I expect from school, I am so very happy to have taken the right decision of joining my kid at Ken Montessori... keep up the good work 👍
